Jasmine の仕様記述インターフェースを表すグローバル変数 (describe、it など) を作成するかどうか。false に設定した場合は、jasmine-core の noGlobals メソッド経由で仕様記述インターフェースにアクセスできます。例:
const {describe, it, expect, jasmine} = require('jasmine-core').noGlobals();
